"My bathroom was damaged in an "unfortunate plumbing-related incident." The mitigation was handled by another company, but they kind of dropped the ball on the details so the rebuild went to Dry Wizard. I guess jumping into someone else's work isn't the preferred way of doing things, and then we got off to a bit of a rocky start due to an internal communication failure, but owners Caleb, and especially Joe stepped up and got the project back on track. (And let me say, office staff is top notch "

"Dry Wizard just finished a complete remodel of our 1963 bathroom . The bathroom was enlarged by taking space from an adjacent bedroom. The process ran into a few surprises and problems due to the age of the home . Every issue was handled and the owner Joe was available to discuss options. Doing a complete down to studs in conjunction with new plumbing can be complicated. Today we have a beautiful tiled slate shower and floor with everything just as we imagined. We are very happy with the whole process and how everything worked out. We were very pleased with the communication about issues and the ultimate bathroom completion that we love!!!! Dry Wizard is fantastic!!"

"DryWizard did a fantastic job repairing the damage that was left behind by a plumbing contractor. The plumbing contractor destroyed vintage tiles in my bathroom. DryWizard's crew (drywall, tile installation, and their restoration artist Ruby ) were able to restore the damaged wall and tiles. They ROCK!"

"I had a chest freezer that "died", except that I wasn't aware of this till a few weeks after it happened. I went into the garage one night to do laundry and the odor was just unbelievable. I opened the freezer and saw that everything in it had spoiled and was definitely thawed out already. I started filling two grocery bags each week so that I could put them in the garbage the day they could be picked up. it took me weeks to do this. I finally got to a point that I couldn't reach the stuff left of the bottom and there was probably about six inches of water from everything that had defrosted. I am on oxygen 24/7 and my energy is very limited. I had no idea what to do at this point and I'm sure it's not healthy to have that sitting in there. One lady said "Just throw it out." She was trying, but I wasn't quite sure how I could accomplish that. In desperation I finally called Dry Wizard. I was greeted in a very pleasant manner and was immediately assured that a tech could come and take care of this problem and even leave the freezer clean so the odor could eventually dissipate. They came promptly and went right to the task. They were courteous and skilled at what they do. I could never have done this and am so glad that Dry Wizard was willing to take on this very unpleasant task. I would recommend them for anyone who has a sewage or drainage problem."
