"I had a major plumbing emergency on a Sunday night with a badly leaking toilet flooding my apartment. The good people at Dry Wizard stayed on the phone with me until their service could get to my apartment, walking me through a variety of strategies to try to turn the water to the toilet off. Dry Wizard went above and beyond for me, and with their help I was able to keep the flooding from becoming much worse than it would have been, even before their technician arrived... which they did, in a very timely fashion."

The crew that came was very courteous and very helpful. The next crew that came in for the restoration was also very courteous and worked very efficiently. We had a few hick ups ,but all and all I am very pleased and would recommend them to be called if you ever have a water or flood problem."
