"I had a chest freezer that "died", except that I wasn't aware of this till a few weeks after it happened. I went into the garage one night to do laundry and the odor was just unbelievable. I opened the freezer and saw that everything in it had spoiled and was definitely thawed out already. I started filling two grocery bags each week so that I could put them in the garbage the day they could be picked up. it took me weeks to do this. I finally got to a point that I couldn't reach the stuff left of the bottom and there was probably about six inches of water from everything that had defrosted. I am on oxygen 24/7 and my energy is very limited. I had no idea what to do at this point and I'm sure it's not healthy to have that sitting in there. One lady said "Just throw it out." She was trying, but I wasn't quite sure how I could accomplish that. In desperation I finally called Dry Wizard. I was greeted in a very pleasant manner and was immediately assured that a tech could come and take care of this problem and even leave the freezer clean so the odor could eventually dissipate. They came promptly and went right to the task. They were courteous and skilled at what they do. I could never have done this and am so glad that Dry Wizard was willing to take on this very unpleasant task. I would recommend them for anyone who has a sewage or drainage problem."
